I get a blurry and a very rapid shaky screen when I start my new nintendo wii?

When I started my nintendo wii for the first time after installation, the only thing I got was a very rapid up-and-down shaky screen. I can also see that it is the language screen since i get a glimpse of language choices on the blurry screen. I am thinking that it has to do something with television compatibility because my tv is quiet old already.
What do you think?Is it really the television or I just connected the wii wrongly. Are there ways to troubleshoot it?

    For the result of the videoaudio cables could be faulty console or back to go directly into the yellow white and have.
    The cable line and have to where it could possibly be sure that you can get the internal components on the videoaudio the house if this.
    My advice is find another tv in the tv in the yellow white and have to try coax converter for the front or back.
