How do I wipe my Nintendo Wii clean so that I can sell it?

I am selling my Nintendo Wii; how do I wipe it completely clean? I need to delete my personal information, my miis, and some downloads. Is there anything else I should be sure to do before I sell it? Thank you!

    go into the Wii Settings and choose Format Memory

    also go into the Wii Shop Channel settings and clear your account

    I’m not sure if you can get your account back on another Wii, so call Nintendo to make sure in case you ever want a Wii again.

    The wii case and then sell it.
    The wii shop account clean the wii case and then sell it.
