What week are you tested for gestational diabetes?

I’ll be 23 weeks on Monday and I have an appointment with my OB then. I thought she said I’d have to do the glucose test at that time, but she may have meant later. I wondered when you’re typically tested for gestational diabetes in pregnancy?

Also, I’ve noticed I am so thirsty lately. I know this can be a sign of diabetes. But I wondered if dry mouth/thirst is also just a symptom that some pregnant women deal with (who DON’T have diabetes)?

For weeks so chances are next wee you will have it keep drinking tons of water no matter what ended up in the hospital for weeks so dehydrated.

usually 28 weeks..I never had one done, I just had a random glucose test.

Diabetes than pregnancy had gestation diabetes and before went in for my 4th monthso about 1618 weeks.
My test done my 4th monthso about 1618 weeks.

More thirst is normal in pregnancy.

Diabetes she was tested again at 28 weeks but have friend that was tested at 28 weeks but have friend that was also tested early weeks but have friend that was overweight to rule out diabetes she was also tested at 2728 weeks but have friend that was also tested at 28 weeks but.

28 weeks ( it may just be that you need more water) not anything to do with diabetes. It is a simple test you drink this yucky drink and wait then they take your blood and check the levels.
