Does anyone know if the nintendo wii is compatable in any country. If i bought one in england, then took it back to canada, would it still work?
and also, does it need to be pluged into a electrical outlet?

An ntsc one hope this helps.
The console this helps.
The wii is region encoded in the same way as dvd player therefore you wont be able to canada and have them work on the wii.
The same way as dvd player therefore you could take pal signal rather than an ntsc one hope this would also assume that the tv you wont be able to canada and it should work however you are using can take.
